The last days I've experimented a lot with color mapping, materials and render settings. These pictures of Ainee are made with a new lightning- and rendersetup. The rendertime is a little bit longer, but there's less noise in the images as before, so I think it's worth.

ReplyDeleteThe first render is a blast. Some issues with the shoulder and the textures around the knees, but nothing that can't be fixed.

Thanks. Yeah, I know the issue with the shoulder, something went wrong with the mesh when I imported it to Cinema. But thats not so bad, the renderings were more tests for the lightning and the color mapping, not the character. ;) The issue on the knee comes from the texture. I'm currently working on a complete new skin shader for Thora and Ainee, so this issue will be fixed soon.
